Terms & Conditions

Green County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private reference stores no official jail, court, release, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a government document. Its role is to point readers toward Green County, Taylor detention, Kentucky corrections, court, and federal record resources.

Some links connect visitors with third-party research tools. Those services are separate businesses with their own terms, prices, and data practices.
