Why This Resource Exists
Kentucky makes many custody and court records available, but Green County has an unusual split. Local cases stay in Green County while people arrested there are ordinarily booked at Taylor County Detention Center. A released person may then appear in a Taylor transaction, a Green court order, Kentucky VINE, the Kentucky Offender Online Lookup, a DOC Daily Release report, or a supervision record.
This site organizes those release paths, record-request steps, state offender tools, parole and probation sources, and federal contingency locators in one place. It is designed to make the correct custodian easier to identify. It does not turn a roster absence into proof of release.
