Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, place, or other term into a search box, the query is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Green County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages
An email or contact-form message may be retained so the site can reply and keep a record of the exchange. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

These choices concern information held by this private site. Requests about a sheriff, detention center, court, DOC, search partner, or ad network must be directed to that separate custodian.
